David,

Take a look at the dry patina on this helmet. Most helmets are shiny due to all the handling amongst collectors, not this one. The dry untouched patina on this helmet is not encountered very often, makes it even more special in my opinion.

This is my favourite combat pot of all time, shame Dave had to carry on like that and just not humbly show his amazing collection......
